This module covers all types of engagement and interaction between a service provider and their customers, users, suppliers and partners. It will provide candidates with the tools to increase stakeholder satisfaction and remain competitive in the world of IT enabled services.
This course is one of four requirements for the ITIL 4 Managing Professional (MP) certification. After taking all four modules, you can take the MP certification course + exam.
ITIL 4 Specialist Drive Stakeholder Value is aimed at practitioners responsible for managing and integrating stakeholders, those that focus on customer journey and experience, and those that are responsible for fostering relationships with partners and suppliers.
Yes. With the ITIL 4 DSV exam (similar to the other ITIL 4 Managing Professional exams), you will have one hour to answer 40 multiple choice questions, and each question is worth one point. You need to get a score of 70%, or at least 28 correct answers, to pass the DSV exam.
Our ITIL 4 Intermediate training courses come with an Exam Pass Guarantee: If you fail the exam on your first attempt, we will help you set up a retake at no additional cost.
