Beyond20 announced today that it has that it has expanded its Cherwell Implementation Services to include a range of KickStart Cherwell Implementation Service Packages.
Beyond20’s KickStart implementation packages will allow customers to get up and running quickly on the Cherwell Service Management platform. “We’re really excited about the new KickStart packages,” said Beyond20 Principal Brian Flora, “We are able to implement a feature-rich solution in just a few weeks and deliver Return on Investment quickly. We’re really leveraging our expertise in Agile methods and our Cherwell implementation experience to create incredible value.”
Three KickStart packages will be available: KickStart Core, KickStart Genius, and KickStart Genius with Mobile. KickStart Core features the most commonly requested Cherwell system functionality, including Incident Management, Request Fulfillment, Problem Management, Change Management, CMDB, and a Service Catalog. With the KickStart Genius package, Beyond20 will also configure and deeply the Cherwell Knowledge Management capabilities, in addition to Beyond20 True Self Service, a richly featured end user self service portal with integrated knowledge management capabilities. KickStart Genius with Mobile enables customers to take greater advantage of Cherwell Service Management’s mobile device capabilities, including native apps for Android and iPhone/iPad and a Self Service Portal for mobile devices.
Additional options include Advanced Dashboards and Data Analytics, and HR Process Automation/On-Boarding capabilities. All packages are delivered using Beyond20’s Agile ITSM methodology and include personalized design sessions with a Beyond20 Solutions Consultant to ensure the configured system matches the needs of each customer.
