MIGRATION FROM HEAT TO SERVICENOW

We want to do this right. Beyond20 will develop a migration plan that is informed by both your business objectives as well as your current state. After conducting a clear readiness assessment, we can work with you to establish project timelines and resourcing that makes sense for your organization. We will establish strategic, portfolio, and technical governance. We'll request Ivanti HEAT integration details from system owners. We will also notify your internal security team and gather security requirements.

Your Beyond20 design phase is focused on generating approved and prioritized stories for development in collaboration with process owners. For the build and test phases, Beyond20 will use an iterative, agile approach (including unit testing). Once development is complete, we will run a full set of tests, including user acceptance testing. We will apply a business-smart lens to customization, using out-of-the-box capabilities when possible and limiting customization and configuration to validated business needs.

Now that we’ve gone through discovery, planning, and design, it’s time for the moment of truth. By now, enough staff should have met training requirements. We’ll have a good idea of your activities and overall readiness. We’ll work with you and identify the optimal date to import core data from Ivanti's HEAT into ServiceNow based on the rate of change you anticipate for your data. Aiming for a low-change period, Beyond20 will ensure that the data is as pristine as possible in its new home, ServiceNow. We also recommend a pizza party to celebrate the successful migration.

Remember those success metrics we mentioned in step one? Now it’s time to assess your progress against your pre-defined business objectives and KPIs. Beyond20 will not abandon you after launch.
