Time flies when you’re having fun and I can’t believe how quickly it’s whizzing by at Beyond20. As a veteran’s spouse, I have lived and worked all over the world, so when looking for my new adventure, the most important thing for me was the culture. I wanted to find a company where I could grow and be heard, where diversity was not just a myth and that would, first and foremost, be mindful of my family life. Beyond20 has given me all that and then some. A home, a place where I can be myself, and a place where I am trusted to do the best I can. I am always supported by an incredibly talented team, the leadership team is accessible and taps into my strengths to make sure I continue to grow, learn and thrive in my career - and my coworkers are supportive, smart, dedicated and, no lies about it, fun! I feel truly fortunate to be part of this team and I share that same enthusiastic message with the prospective candidates I talk with every day.

I’ve been with Beyond20 for almost 10 years. I get a lot of jaw-drops when I share that with new hires–but I simply can't imagine a better place to work. This company is so special, and I’ve been lucky enough to grow with it since you could fit the entire staff in a tiny conference room. There’s real power in the culture we’ve collaboratively built here that keeps people around for a long time. We move with urgency, we solve problems together, and we’re just…nice people. Brass tacks: the pay is competitive, the people are next-level smart and helpful, we have (true, really) unlimited PTO, leadership shares a vision and operates ethically, and we pull together to do really big things. We compete and win against behemoth competitors in the ServiceNow space to do meaningful work for our clients (who also happen to be lovely–like attracts like). I have quite a unique story with Beyond20 that excites me to share. My first job out of college was working for a recruiting firm that specialized in ServiceNow recruitment, so I got to know many partners in the ServiceNow ecosystem. Of all of them, Beyond20 stood out to me the most as they are a women-owned small business, award recipient of Best Workplaces, and have an eagerness to learn. I was determined to find a way to get involved with the company and after a couple years in recruitment, I transitioned into a more technical role which eventually led me to apply for a position as a ServiceNow Business Analyst at Beyond20. My mantra has always been “Go beyond” and my professional career came full circle when I landed at Beyond20 as a resource myself. It was truly fate! I have been given opportunities to learn, lead, and grow here, and those opportunities are made available to everyone here at Beyond20.
